SLSU trains Faculty in using Electronic Office Applications and CAI
The Southern Luzon State University conducted a training that aims to retool faculty in using electronic office applications and other computer-assisted instruction (CAI), November 29,2021.
The seminar sought to assess the extent of faculty’s needs in utilizing educational technological tools; to train faculty on the use of CAI and other electronic resources deemed essential in carrying out their instruction; and to design ICT-driven and ICT-facilitated learning resource plans, materials, and online platforms.
The project leaders are as follows: Instruction and Quality Assurance Director, Prof. Percival C. Verano; ODIQA Assistant Director, Dr. Luis Miguel P. Saludez; and FSDP Head, Dr. Amalia Almazol. The trainers are ICT experts from College of Engineering, CIT and other SLSU faculty members competent in ICT, including Dr. Arvin N. Natividad, Mr. Marvin Joseph Castro, and Mr. Jedd Wilzon Borgonia.
There were 34 participants in the said training.
