SLSU Acquires OCT for 17 Hectares in Sampaloc

The Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) obtained an Original Certificate of Title (OCT) for the 17 hectares of land in Sampaloc, Quezon.
The OCT of the land situated at Brgy. Caldong, Sampaloc was found after more than a year of tracking down documents.

In a post, SLSU President Dr. Doracie B. Zoleta-Nantes, thanked Ms. Prescilla Abustan Suarez who made this feat possible.

The university deposited a copy of the OCT to the Records Office, and now the next task is to get a Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) for the SLSU property in Sampaloc.
