The negotiations were conducted among VP-AFA Dr. Frederick T. Villa, VP-AA Dr. Gondelina A. Radovan, VP-REPDI Dr. Marissa C. Esperal, FA president Prof. Ferdinand Rellorosa, FA VP Dr. Vanessa Zubieta, FA Treasurer Ms. Sarah Dane Lising, EA president Mrs. Marilyn Baer, and EA VP Mrs. Emma Reyes.

According to Prof. Rellorosa, the salient features of the new CNA were the inclusion of communication allowance for faculty members and employees, 18 units maximum full teaching load, and assertion of LGBTQIA+ rights.
