SLSU celebrates 57th Founding Anniversary
Southern Luzon State University celebrated its 57th Founding Anniversary through a simple program attended by its faculty members and non-teaching staff at the SLSU gymnasium, Aug. 2.
The foundation day was celebrated with the theme: “SLSU@57: Building Resilience and Sustaining Excellence Across All Genders in the New Normal” and will run until Aug. 3.
During the opening ceremony, the university awarded the officers of the Faculty Association, Employee Association, Faculty and Employees Club, and the Supreme Student Council Federation for their contributions to the development of the university.
Dr. Doracie B. Zoleta-Nantes, University President, is set to present the accomplishments of the university through an audio-visual presentation on Aug. 3, along with the deans, directors, and heads of the various units and departments of the university.
