OIAA facilitated the virtual business mentoring for Cluster B – Marketing Management and Hospitality Management students on October 15, 2021. CESO Advisor Mr. O’Connor discussed on the roles and responsibilities and key roles of the Board of Director, responsibilities of some key positions, and the competency inventory. In addition, the mentor illustrated the 3Ps requirements for a business to be successful – product, price, and profit. Students were given assignment to evaluate their business ideas on those 3Ps. For the application of the previous topic discussed, some of participants presented their draft business plan. The students’ output were all commended by CS O’Connor. A total 144 – 132 students (33 male, 99 female) and 12 facilitators and faculty (5 male, 7 female) joined in the mentoring session.
