Mentoring Session for BSBA-FM & BSBA-HRM Programs – October 8, 2021
Financial management and Human Resource Management students of Cluster A actively joined the mentoring session on October 8, 2021. CA O’Connor had a comprehensive discussion on the roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, responsibilities of some key positions as examples, and the competency inventory. In addition, he illustrated 3P’s requirements for a business to be successful of which students will be applying on their chosen business idea. 4 BSBA-FM students presented a draft of their business plan which were commended by CA O’Connor. A total of 213 participants – 202 students (29 male, 173 female), and 11 facilitators and faculty (4 male, 7 female) joined in the virtual business mentoring.
