OIAA Director opened the 2nd leg of the mentoring session which were on the following topics – business analytics to manage a business using excel, marketing plan, and the planning framework delivered comprehensively by CA O’Connor. The mentor provided some charts illustrating projections on income, expenses, product, and inventory. Key questions covering the different parts of a marketing plan and a strategic plan were likewise discussed. After CA O’Connor’s talk, some of the participants shared their output on the 3P’s assessment on their business ideas. It was a productive session which was joined by 211 participants – 200 students (25 male, 175 female) and 11 facilitators and faculty (4 male, 7 female).
